Shapur cave is located at the end of Chogan canyon in the four kilometer distance of Bishapur City near Kazerun town in Fars Province, the most important Sassanid capital in an 800 meter height from the ground and its entrance is about 30 meters.
Chogan is played on horseback and is recognized as a version of the modern Polo game.
