Khodaafarin Bridges are two arch bridges across the Aras River which connect Iran with the Jabrayil district of Azerbaijan, occupied by the Armenian army and de facto administered by Nagorno Karabakh Republic. The first one with 11 arches was built in the 11–12th centuries and the second with 15 arches in the 13th century.
Khoda Afarin Bridge is located on the Aras River, near a place called Khoda Afarin, two bridges were constructed . The first being 160 m. in length dating back to the 6th century AH. (Saljuqian period). The second bridge 120 m. in length related to the Safavid era. The foundations of the former being in stone and the bridge itself of brick. The latter was constructed with sculptured stone and a combination of gypsum and limestone.
