This castle is located 12 km. north west of Kashmar. Evidence shows that this castle was important in its time. Nearby the fire-temple, a large cave exists, near the entrance of which a statue of a mounted soldier with a sword is noted. This is an historical remnant belongs to the Sassanian era.
