In the past the customs office of Khuzestan was located in Shooshtar city. Thus prompting the establishment of caravansaries in this area. Of which the Hashemi and Abrisham Kari Caravansaries located in the center of the city are worth mentioning. The atmosphere of these caravansaries are suitable for traditional tea houses and restaurants.
